Deposit Procedure

For new account, account holder must deposit money in type of cashier check, personal check (which must have accountholder name, address printed on check). If you want to deposit money into joint account, please doing exact match joint account holders name while doing deposit thru electronic wire transfer.
Check must be payable to our clearing partner “PENSON FINANCIAL SERVICES” or “PENSON”, also have your appropriate account number on.

Withdrawal procedure

For new deposit money, account holder cannot withdraw that amount of deposit money for at least 10 business days due to our clearing firm regulation (except electronic wire transfer).
Please notice any single deposit money total more than $20,000 , it takes at least 10 business days to clear for your trading use or to be added as your account buying power(except to be met for margin call).
Do not forget to acquire your account checkbook which you can utilize to your different needs.

Also, get VISA debit card which you can access your cash anytime, anywhere thru VISA logo ATM machine all over the world (In order to acquire a VISA debit card, your account must have at least $10,000 worth of cash or cash , $35 annual fee applied)
